Frequently asked questions
How many people fit in a bay?
Every bay at Island Greens Franklin Square fits up to six people. The hourly rate covers the whole bay, not each person.
What is included with a membership?
The Island Greens Pass at Island Greens Franklin Square is $250 a month, billed annually. It includes two hours of simulator time every day, all year, a 14-day booking window, and a Swing Assessment with our golf pro.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime and we refund the remaining months of your Pass.
Do I need a membership to play?
No. Anyone can reserve a bay at Island Greens Franklin Square without a membership. The Island Greens Pass adds two hours of simulator time every day and a 14-day booking window.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Island Greens Franklin Square sells e-gift cards online, good toward play at the facility. See Franklin Square gift cards.
What simulators do you play on?
Island Greens Franklin Square runs Uneekor launch monitors with more than 2,500 courses and practice ranges. Every shot is tracked with ball and club data.
Is there an age minimum?
No. Golfers of all ages are welcome at Island Greens Franklin Square, and guests under 18 must be supervised by an adult. The exception is supervised programs run by Island Greens staff or coaches, where an adult does not need to remain present.
Can we bring food or drinks?
Outside food is welcome at Island Greens Franklin Square as long as the group keeps the bay clean. Outside drinks are not permitted: there is a bar for drinks.
