Accessibility

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use our website and visit our facilities. That includes people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, and other assistive technology, and it applies to booking a bay, joining a membership, and being in the building itself.

2. The standard we work toward

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

3. What we do on the website

• Semantic HTML, with one H1 per page.
• Real labels on every form field.
• Visible focus states for keyboard navigation.
• Reduced motion is respected: animation is disabled for visitors whose system settings request it.
• Automated accessibility testing, with zero violations required before a page is released.

We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. Overlays often interfere with assistive technology rather than helping, so we build accessibility into the pages themselves instead.

5. Known limitations

• Booking runs through third-party platforms operated by their vendors. We are working with them on accessibility.
• Embedded maps and video are third-party components and may not meet the same standard as the rest of the site.

6. How to report a problem

If any part of the website or a facility is hard to use, tell us. We will respond, and we will offer an alternative way to complete any task that is not accessible to you.
