Work at Island Greens

Island Greens is a growing golf company built by two friends. Franklin Square is open 365 days a year. Station Yards in Ronkonkoma opens in 2027 with seven TrackMan bays, a full bar, and augmented darts. The work is golf, people, and hospitality: helping guests play their best and enjoy being here.

Roles we hire for

Bartender (Franklin Square and Station Yards): Run the bar, know how to make drinks, and keep our customers happy and hydrated while they play.
Front Desk (Franklin Square and Station Yards): Welcome every guest, get them checked in and into their bay, and be the person they ask when they need anything.
PGA Professional (Franklin Square and Station Yards): Teach lessons, run clinics, and help players get better with real numbers on the screen in front of them.
