Your First Visit to Island Greens Franklin Square

Booking a simulator bay for the first time raises the same questions for almost everyone. Here is exactly how a first visit to Franklin Square works.

Booking your bay

Booking online is easy, through either our website or our iOS app. All reservations are made online, so there are no walk-ins. When booking, you pick your time, how long you want to play, and which bay you want. That's it, you're all set.

One thing first-timers will notice: you'll only see times during our staffed hours. That's on purpose. We have first-time guests come in while our team is there so you can sign our waiver and get a quick walkthrough of the bay and simulator. After that first visit, the booking platform recognizes you as a returning player and opens up the full schedule.

Getting in

Ten minutes before your booking, you'll get a door code by email or text, depending on the settings you chose when you set up your account. Enter the code followed by the # key (for example, 1234#) and you're in. If it's your first visit, sign the waiver on the iPad in the lobby before you play. Already signed? Head straight to your bay.

Your first ten minutes

The bays are numbered as you walk through the facility: bays 1 through 3 on the right, bays 4 and 5 in the back left. When you get to yours, everything is already set up. Pick the range or a course, tee up, and hit your first shot.

What to bring

Just your clubs. We provide balls, tees, and club cleaners in every bay.

Good to know

Use the club cleaners, this gives the simulator its most accurate reading, and clean clubs and balls keep the screen clean, so shots look as real as they should.

Outside food and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome anytime. During staffed hours, the bar is open with water, Gatorade, and canned beer and seltzers.

When your session ends, please reset the space the way you found it so the next group starts on time. In an autonomous facility, your experience is only as good as the person before you left it. Be that person.

Coming back

Once you've visited and signed the waiver, everything opens up. You'll see all available times and can book whenever you like. From there, come join a league, work on your game with our PGA Pro, or, if you're becoming a regular, play at member rates with the Island Greens Pass.
